Leonard, called Len by almost everyone, is a retired degreed mechanical engineer.

His career involved engineering design and management in mechanical, electrical and construction areas. He also has experience in appliance repairs, HVAC and operation/repair of numerous commercial and industrial equipment. Finally, he has consulted in technical and management areas.

It now includes experience as a Massachusetts Licensed Professional Home Inspector and licensed pesticide applicator. He is also nationally certified in Radon Measurement and licensed in Rhode Island for Radon Measurement.

Len's general approach to inspecting your home is to start with the house exterior, decks, patios and roof. If they can be safely accessed, he will walk the roof and probe inside all accessible crawl spaces. He then examines all major systems, the condition of the structure, framing, foundation, attic, etc. Finally, he inspects the interior of the house. He will answer any questions you have in plain english.
