Jamie is a Massachusetts Licensed Professional Home Inspector. He is also nationally certified in Radon and is licensed in Radon Measurement in Rhode Island. He is also certified in mold inspections and sampling.

His undergraduate degree in electrical and computer engineering has also trained him to follow a structured and systematic framework in performing his inspections.

Jamie's general approach to inspecting your home is to start with the house exterior, decks, patios and roof. If they can be safely accessed, he will walk the roof and probe inside all accessible crawl spaces. He then examines all major systems, the condition of the structure, framing, foundation, attic, etc. Finally, he inspects the interior of the house. He will answer any questions you have in plain english.
