Hi Len and Jamie,
I wanted to thank you both for all your help in making my first home buying experience a good one.. Ha,ha, even though we didn't go with the first one, or the second one... but 3 was the charm!
If it was not for your home inspections, knowledge and advise I may not have ended in the home I have now. The 2 of you teamed up very well and both Real Estate Agents representing me and the sellers and even some of the sellers were amazed and impressed at how thorough you both were.
Not only were you both very professional, ensuring that I had all the information I needed to make sound decision, you both also made me feel like I was more then just another customer. I felt like I had been your friend for 100 years and you wanted to make sure the house meet my needs..
if was to rate you on a scale from 1-10.. I'd rate at 11 and no one usually gets over a 3.. ;)
Not only did I get a wonderful home, but I have also gained 3 New friends, I can't forget the one who takes your apt!
My dog thanks you too.. as she loves the yard that she now gets to play in..

I wanted to send a follow up in regards to the inspection Len did for us for 181.5 North St.
Len did a fabulous job. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge and his detailed advice. He handled himself in a professional manner at all times and really came through as dependable and knowledgeable. Len was completely right about his assessment of the heater. Once it was cleaned, it turned on and worked.
We would also like to say thanks for the patience you and Len exhibited when the inspection didn't pan out the first time. You both were wonderful and very supportive through the situation.
We went with Home & Hearth because of the way Jamie spoke at the Bristol County Savings Bank home buyers seminar back in May. He did a wonderful job at informing us why a home inspection is so important.
We feel everyone Home & Hearth did a spectacular job and went above and beyond all expectations. It is apparent through your dedication, you truly believe in doing the best job possible and it shows! Thank you so much for being there.

It was a pleasure to meet both of you on Saturday. We certainly appreciate your professionalism and your thoroughness in the inspection of this potential residence. As in all houses, there are items that need to be addressed. However, we are relieved that, at least on the surface, there are no major cause for concerns. If we do purchase the house, we will be certain to begin with the "to-do" list that you provided. The photographs and the other reference material will be extremely beneficial. If in the event that this house purchase does not occur, you will definitely be receiving another telephone call for a future inspection.
