As in all houses, there are items that need to be addressed. However, we are relieved that, at least on the surface, there are no major cause for concerns. If we do purchase the house, we will be certain to begin with the "to-do" list that you provided. The photographs and the other reference material will be extremely beneficial. If in the event that this house purchase does not occur, you will definitely be receiving another telephone call for a future inspection.
